You voted, I made it! This creature is based on the opinions of over a hundred of my wonderful watchers marking the success of the first ever Sonsational Creations Collaboration Creation! I hope you all enjoy how it has come out. Now all that is left to do is decide on a name, backstory and gender for this little one.

Iris was discovered by a pair of boys fishing in a local river - she had been gathering nesting supplies amid the roots of an toppled tree on the bank and had gotten tangled in the fishing lines they, and many other fishermen, had been cutting loose for years. Bound around the wings, legs and chest, she was unable to struggle free and found the lines increasingly tight against her skin. By the time the Sanctuary intercepted the call - for the boys had elected to finish their fishing prior to ringing for wildcare assistance in the matter - the lines had cut deep into her flesh and caused irreparable damage to her left wing. It is believed she was there for at least three days before being rescued and was severely malnourished.

She has since been rehabilitated entirely, but is unable to use her damaged wing. For this reason, she has been kept on Sanctuary grounds until now. She would have been put up for adoption sooner, only a Kyrin Breeding Program was undertaken to help boost the population of this critically endangered species. All items are hand crafted and unique. I never repeat a design, nor use pre-made patterns, casts or moulds - each one is original and completely hand made.

This creature is fully poseable The eyes are glass and the irises are handcrafted - they are designed to appear realistic yet mystical, and are able to follow you around the room. It is so snugly, with soft fur all over its body, face and feet - parts of it are even hand dyed. The feet and face are sculpted with magiclay (an under-appreciated material similar to velvet plastic that is very light and oddly flexible)! The feathers were naturally shed by guinea fowl and cleaned rigerously before application - no animals were harmed in the making of this creature. It has expressive ears which can be positioned in a variety of ways. Work is signed.

... or at least that is how this creature will be disguising itself so people don't get suspicious.
